Signing up as soon as possible assures your place in the program(s) of your choice and allows us to finalize program details. Min/Max- What does it mean? For each program at the Park District, there is a minimum number of registrations needed before a class can be offered. Most instructors are paid an hourly rate, not per student. If enough people do not register to pay an instructor, the Park District loses money- Your Money. But why a maximum? The more participants, the less individualized attention provided. We like to keep an appropriate student/instructor ratio to insure you get what you paid for - a high quality program. |
